The report from the March 20 Lampasas Cattle Auction follows.
Cattle and calves: Total cattle 330, compared to 249 last sale and 352 at this time last year.
Compared to last sale, feeder steers and heifers were steady. Slaughter cows were $5-$7 higher, and slaughter bulls were steady on a limited test.
Feeder cattle accounted for 74%. Slaughter cows and bulls accounted for 26%.
