The report from the Feb. 28 Lampasas Cattle Auction follows.
Cattle and calves:
Total cattle 473, compared to 318 last sale and 599 at this time last year.
Compared to last sale, stockers were steady, feeders $3-$5 lower. Slaughter cows were steady to $3 higher, and slaughter bulls were $2--
$4 higher.
Feeder cattle accounted for 74%. Slaughter cows and bulls accounted for 26%.
