The Lampasas High School UIL Academic team traveled to Round Rock High School recently for a day of competition practice and preparation. Several students returned with nice awards for their efforts.
Veronica Butler earned first place in copy editing. Jade Arzola took third place in editorial writing, and Loreily Mejia garnered fourth place in headline writing.
