The city of Lampasas implemented Stage 3 Water Conservation measures on Tuesday.
According to city documents, the goal of Stage 3 response is to reduce water use by 20%.
Shifting from Stage 4 Water Conservation restrictions, which went into effect in mid-August, to Stage 3 lessens the restrictions regarding landscape watering, refilling of swimming pools and the washing of motorized vehicles.
