The Kempner Water Supply Corp. announced to its members Friday that muddy water has made it difficult to produce water along its Stillhouse Hollow Lake plant.
The turbidity caused by the recent rainfall will take some time to clear up. KWSC General Manager Bruce Sorenson said the plant should return to its normal production by Wednesday.
