Three Lampasans spoke in favor of farming and ranching rights and cost-of-living adjustments for retired teachers in a Lampasas County Commissioners Court meeting.
Although the Commissioners Court can’t vote on amendments proposed by the Texas Legislature, the court heard comments in favor of Proposition 1 and Proposition 9 during its meeting Monday morning.
