Commissioners approve road hand pay raise

    The Lampasas County Commissioners Court approved a small pay raise for precinct road hands during its regular meeting on Monday morning.

    Precinct 1 Commissioner Bobby Carroll brought the matter to the attention of the court to help keep pay competitive for county road workers. The current starting pay for road hands is $17 an hour.
