While the city of Lampasas was recording its largest one-month decline in sales tax receipts in more than a decade, Lometa posted its highest single-month percentage gain since 2017.
Lampasas saw its sales taxes fall off 9% in September. The last time it had a percentage drop that big was in March 2013.
