David Parker, a former 25-year federal law enforcement officer and Lampasas native, is eyeing a run for Lampasas County sheriff, a position currently held by Jesus “Jess” Ramos.
The position will be up for election in 2024.
Since November 2022, Parker has served as a deputy sheriff in San Saba County.
