    Kempner Water Supply Corp. members turned out in good numbers at Wednesday night’s board meeting, held at the Kempner Volunteer Fire Department. More than 100 KWSC customers were present for the session. Members cited a plethora of frustrations that went mostly unanswered after KWSC attorney Patrick Linder said the board would not be answering any questions after citizen comments....
