Lampasas Association for the Arts announced its newest mural project on social media Tuesday. Local artist Bobby Starr updated the bathroom exterior at Campbell Park in a colorful geometric style that matches his previous work, “The Court of Mondrian.” Starr painted the basketball court in the park in the style of Dutch artist Piet Mondrian.
