The Speed Weight and Agility Training program that coaches encourage all Lampasas athletes -- middle school and high school -- to participate in began Monday and will run into July.
Workouts will be from 8-10 a.m. Monday through Thursday each week through July 20, except the week of July 3-7 during Spring Ho activities.
