Public voices objections to subdivision zoning request

Lampasas residents voiced their opinions at the first City Council meeting of 2025 over a proposed rezoning of Northington Creek Estates, a potential development on approximately 80 acres around Mills Street and East Fourth Street.

Local cities as well as Lampasas County all saw sales tax gains to start the year. Sales revenues were up this period compared to January 2024 for Lampasas, Lometa and Kempner.
