Paul Weinheimer stands outside Lampasas High School, where he has gone from teacher and football coach to assistant principal to now principal at the campus. ERICK MITCHELL | DISPATCH RECORD
Paul Weinheimer is settling into his position as Lampasas High School’s new principal, a role he wouldn’t have imagined himself in 20 years ago.
A majority of Weinheimer’s education career was spent as a math teacher and football coach before he became an assistant principal at LHS in 2019. As principal, he is eager to build on the successful legacy of his predecessor, Joey McQueen.
