The Kempner Water Supply Corp. completed repairs Tuesday evening to a valve along the 27-inch concrete main transmission line near U.S. Highway 190 and FM 2808 east of Kempner.Problems with the valve had forced the city of Lampasas to isolate its water system during the duration of the repair and to utilize its reserve storage tanks.
