TxDOT campaign makes seat belts a focus for teenage drivers

The Texas Department of Transportation’s “Teen Click It or Ticket” campaign runs until Feb. 15. TxDOT is encouraging drivers under the age of 18 to make sure they are wearing seat belts while in a vehicle.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death in those 13 to 19 years old.
