Kempner police have charged a second couple in a counterfeiting scheme after a lengthy investigation.
Glen Hartley Svacha, 73, and his wife Cresencia Zerda Svacha, 66, each were indicted Dec. 11, 2024, by a Lampasas County grand jury on a charge of trademark counterfeiting between $30,000 and $150,000, a third-degree felony.
