Sales taxes receipts post big jump in February

    For the first time since November 2021, every city in the region whose sales tax rebates are tracked by the Dispatch Record showed a percentage gain this month.

    Those gains were not just minor increases in revenue, either: Each translated to double-digit percentage jumps – ranging from 10% in San Saba to 54% in Kempner.
