Sales tax revenues slow for some but remain strong countywide

    For the second consecutive month – and the third time this year – the city of Lometa has posted the area’s largest sales tax percentage gains.

    Lometa earned a rebate of $7,624 in June as its portion of local sales taxes. June payments are based on sales that occurred in April.
