    Business activity remains good for Central Texas-area cities, as many continue to post double-digit growth in their monthly sales tax allocations.

    Lampasas recorded a 19% rise in its sales taxes compared to what it garnered in January 2020. The city has not seen a monthly percentage decline since August 2019, when revenues dipped 4%.
