A Harker Heights man entered a guilty plea Dec. 8 to a first-degree felony drug charge. His plea was entered in the 27th District Court of Lampasas County.
Darryl Thomas Richards, 56, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was sentenced to 20 years’ incarceration in a Texas Criminal Justice Division correctional facility.
