Proposed smoke shop draws criticism at Lampasas City Council meeting

    Lampasas City Council members echoed concerns about a special-use permit to establish a smoke shop along South Key Avenue in Monday’s regular meeting.

    Members felt another smoke shop front-and-center along the busy Lampasas thoroughfare would not be a positive addition.
