    In October, the city of Lampasas recorded its fifth consecutive month of sales tax percentage declines. Revenues have not kept pace with rebates that were posted for the June through October period in 2022.

    Gains the first half of 2023 have kept Lampasas slightly ahead in terms of annual revenues, however.

    The city’s $237,216 payment this period gives it a 10-month total of $2.42 million – almost 2%…
