After a month-long filing period, candidates are set now for the May 6 general elections in Lampasas, Lometa and Kempner.
The municipal positions up for election in Lampasas include those of Mayor TJ Monroe, Place 1 Councilman Zachary Morris, the late Place 2 Councilman Randy Clark and Place 6 Councilman Herb Pearce.
