Lampasas implements Phase II conservation guidelines for water

    The city of Lampasas has implemented Phase II drought conservation in light of a drought watch issued by the Central Texas Water Supply Corp. CTWSC implemented a Stage 2 drought watch last Tuesday. The affected water customers are Kempner WSC, which includes the city of Lampasas, West Bell WSC and portions of Dog Ridge WSC.
