Kempner Water Supply Corp. will install a new intake Aug. 14 on its Stillhouse Hollow Lake water reservoir.
The current intake is at 604 feet, but the system is in threat of not being able to produce water with dropping lake levels. As of July 26, the Stillhouse Hollow reservoir level was listed at 606.4 feet.
