Kempner Water Supply Corp. has announced it will install a new valve Jan. 15 on the concrete transmission line that services the city of Lampasas.
KWSC General Manager Bruce Sorenson said during that time, a small number of residents will be without water service.
Sorenson said those set to lose water service will be notified via mail.
