Kempner rededicates City Hall to honor Clark, Isenhour

Kempner Municipal Judge Gene Isenhour and longtime city financial adviser Jack Clark were recognized for their commitment to Kempner at a building dedication ceremony Saturday morning.
Kempner City Hall is now known as the Isenhour/Clark Municipal Building.
Dozens of area residents and former city leaders flooded the council chambers to witness the ceremony.
