Kempner officials discuss parking along highway, allowing non-profit groups to use Council Chambers

    In a meeting with few action items, Kempner City Council members spent last week’s regular meeting on discussions about public access to Council Chambers and noparking signs.

    Councilman Dan Long was absent from the proceedings.
