The city of Kempner is making progress in negotiations with internet provider Altitude ISP, officials said last week.
In a meeting on Dec. 13, the Kempner City Council entered into executive session to discuss an agreement with Altitude ISP, a Hewitt-based internet services provider that proposed the construction of a 200-foot reception tower behind Kempner City Hall.
