HOP offers free microtransit fares for July

    For the remainder of July, the Hill Country Transit District will offer residents free microtransit rides on “the HOP” bus within Lampasas city limits in an effort to boost ridership.

    Unlike a fixed-route service, the HOP’s microtransit rides offer users an experience similar to popular rideshare apps. The microtransit service has been available to Lampasas residents since the start of March.
