A former Kempner mayor was arrested on criminal charges Tuesday.
Keith Lanard Harvey, 51, was arrested on charges of assault of a family member causing bodily injury, indecent assault, and interfering with an emergency call – all Class A misdemeanors.
He was booked into Lampasas County Jail on Tuesday at 7:16 a.m.
