Forty-two years ago, Dr. Scott Rushing rolled into Lampasas and hung out his shingle. He bought the clinic in March 1981 from Dr. Seth B. Donelson, and he has practiced veterinary medicine here since that time.
Now he is anticipating the next phase of life as he plans for retirement next month.
