Texas DPS troopers have connected a single-vehicle wreck in early December that caused serious injury to two teens to the recent death of a Kempner 19-year-old.
In a collision attributed to unsafe speed, an 18-year-old female driver and her 16-year-old passenger were seriously injured Dec. 9.
