Traffic along U.S. Highway 190 was stalled for four hours in Kempner on Wednesday morning after a motorist crashed into a utility pole.
Police Chief Heriberto Rodriguez said Kempner Police Department officers on the scene indicated the driver, 20-year-old Nuria Esmeralda Herrera of Fort Cavazos, showed signs of impairment.
