H2O Partners Deputy Mitigation Program Manager Rhonda Murphy provided an overview of the Hazard Mitigation Plan process during Wednesday’s public hearing at the Lampasas County Courthouse annex building.
Lampasas County officials and those in the cities of Lampasas, Lometa and Kempner are updating the Hazard Mitigation Plan in coordination with the Central Texas Council of Governments.
