After two public hearings on the 2024-25 fiscal year budget and tax rate, the Lampasas County Commissioners Court approved both items in its Monday regular meeting that followed.
Commissioners approved a tax rate of $0.55 per $100 in property value -- a 6.89% increase from the 2023-24 rate of $0.5145.
