Commissioners Court approves more stringent rules for septic systems

The Lampasas County Commissioners Court approved new rules for on-site sewage facilities in its regular meeting Jan. 13.
County Judge Randy Hoyer explained the reasoning behind the rules changes that have been submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
