For more than a year, I called Washington, D.C. my home and the National Mall my “happy place.”
The National Mall is a two-mile-long park located near downtown Washington, D.C. that encapsulates American greatness through its marble monuments paying homage to our Founding Fathers, national heroes and wars that shaped the country’s now 249-year history.
