‘Call them collisions’: DPS, area police officers attend motorcycle crash simulation

“I like to call them collisions, not accidents. Someone made a driving error and collided. That’s what I want you to take away,” said Dale Smith, owner of the South Carolina-based Traffic Safety Training Center.
Smith was at Lampasas High School June 16 to conduct training for Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and other law enforcement agencies.
