When 14-year-old Trent Royar was called to action, he didn’t flinch.
At the Boy Scouts of America Troop 200 meeting on Monday, Royar was awarded the BSA Heroism Award for his role in the river rescue of 9-year-old Luke Sappenfield and his 15-year-old brother, Hunter.
