Appraisal district board accepts chief appraiser’s resignation

    The Lampasas Central Appraisal District Board of Directors formally approved the resignation of Chief Appraiser Susan Jones in a called meeting Thursday.

    Jones’ final day with the appraisal district will be Aug. 2.

    Board Member Bill Peterson was absent from the meeting.
