Museum to host program honoring Purple Heart awardees
ERICK MITCHELL | DISPATCH RECORD County Judge Randy Hoyer presents a Poppy Day proclamation from the Lampasas County Commissioners Court to a group of representatives from the Briggs-Wright American Legion Post 277 Auxiliary of Lampasas. Poppy Day will be recognized May 22, when residents are invited to wear a red poppy to honor those who lost their lives fighting for our freedom.
