Lampasas High School sophomore Cale Wheeler will be competing at the JW Patterson Tournament of Champions this weekend at the University of Kentucky.
The national competition looks to bring the best of the best high school speech and debate students together for the event. Wheeler will compete in the extemporaneous speaking category against 88 other students.
