The city of Lometa will host its annual Hometown Firework Show on Saturday evening in Lometa Regional Park.
Festivities will begin at 4 p.m. with bouncy houses for kids. Free hot dogs and cold water will be available while supplies last. The fireworks show will begin at “dark thirty,” event organizers said, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a parking spot.
Officials said the usual flag retirement ceremony will be postponed to a later date and time.
