The Lampasas County Higher Education Center is accepting sign-ups for its Nurse Aide course that begins Jan. 30.
Cost for the course is $1,045, and a $250 downpayment is required. Monthly payment plans are available.
To participate, one must be at least 16 years old, take a tuberculosis test, and pass the Department of Aging and Disability Services Employability exam.
