Kempner Baptist Church to celebrate 140th anniversary later this month

    First Baptist Church of Kempner will celebrate its 140th anniversary of ministry with a special service June 23.

    Senior Pastor James Sturgeon, who is entering his second year at the Kempner church, said he is blessed to lead the congregation that has stood the test of time.
