Lampasas County Extension Agent Karen DeZarn will lead a walking/ exercise class at the Lampasas Senior Center, 901 S. Live Oak St., for four Mondays beginning Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.
The Walk N Talk class will include discussion about adding more fruits and vegetables into one’s diet and developing healthy habits with ease.
Along with the walking, the group will try cardio drumming and dance fitness.
