ALEXANDRIA RANDOLPH | DISPATCH RECORD Families from across the county and nearby communities gathered to watch babies vie in crawling and toddling races at the Lampasas courthouse square.

With a nice cloud cover Friday morning, crawlers and toddlers who participated in the Diaper Derby had almost perfect “race” conditions for their competition.
Beta Mu sorority hosted the event in front of the courthouse bandstand.
