In an article titled “Lonestar officials mum on unaccounted payments” in the Friday, June 23 issue of the Dispatch Record, it was stated that Dr. James Mercer was a board member of Lampasas Association for the Arts.
He is a former LAFTA member, who held a seat on the board in early 2022.
